5) Dark Circles

When your body lacks Vitamin K, the capillaries around your eyes tend to break down causing further darkening. Choosing Vitamin K-rich foods such as mustard greens, collard greens, kiwi, green peas helps strengthen the blood vessels in the skin under the eyes.
