Also, eating foods rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and naturally occurring fats helps reduce hair loss.

Some of the important foods and nutrients that help keep your hair shiny and strong include:

Seeds:

It is important to maintain the level of calcium in the body, because lack of calcium is one of the main reasons for hair loss, so it is better to include calcium-rich foods in your diet. Nuts like almonds have the highest levels of calcium and even tofu and figs are excellent sources of calcium.

Milk:

Additionally, milk contains proteins such as casein and whey that help strengthen and thicken hair. It is a rich source of calcium, which promotes hair growth and prevents hair loss. In addition, coconut milk, almond milk and soy milk can be turned into a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, which help for healthy hair.
