Effects of junk food we know but stll we all love to eat foods like burger, pizza, ice-cream, a piece of chocolate, macaroni and cheese!

That is not food. That is junk food! And you know that junk food is unhealthy, right? But why?

How can something that tastes so good, be so bad for us?

It is quite simple. We need food to supply us with nutrients. Nutrients which are used to build our body and fuel it.

Why can’t junk food do that for us? Because junk food doesn’t have enough nutrients in it. It does not give you energy to work, play or stay strong.

Instead of eating junk food we should eat more fruits and vegetables. That way you are giving your body enough nourishment too.

Effects of Junk food:

  • Junk food makes you sleepy and tired.
  • Junk food help in gaining weight.
  • Increase blood pressure
  • Increases suger level.

Say no to Junk food! stay healthy and fit.
